How refunds work for CashflowFrame

CashflowFrame is a subscription-based service managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Because payments are processed by these platforms, refunds are generally handled according to their policies and processes.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your CashflowFrame subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the ongoing billing period.

After the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will lose access to paid features unless you resubscribe.

Refund eligibility

All payments for CashflowFrame are processed by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased your subscription.

In most cases, Riscas Fidalgas cannot directly issue refunds, as we do not process your payment details ourselves.

Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Requesting a refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you should submit a refund request through the store where you purchased CashflowFrame:

• Apple App Store: Use the "Report a Problem" page associated with your Apple ID to request a refund for subscriptions.

• Google Play Store: Use the Google Play "Order History" or support options to request a refund for subscriptions.

Decisions about refunds are made by Apple or Google according to their policies.

When refunds are typically not available

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Change of mind after using the service for a full billing period.

• Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.

• Inability to use the app due to device incompatibility if the device does not meet the platform's requirements.

However, you can always cancel future renewals to avoid additional charges.

Billing issues & support

If you see unexpected charges or have questions about a payment related to CashflowFrame, we recommend:

1. Checking your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play to confirm the source of the charge.

2. Contacting the relevant store's support if the charge appears incorrect or duplicated.

3. Reaching out to Riscas Fidalgas at [email protected] if you need help understanding your subscription status or billing period.

Access after cancellation

After cancellation, you will keep access to CashflowFrame paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Once your subscription expires, you may lose access to Premium features such as multiple workspaces, collaboration, and higher quotas.

Your data remains associated with your account, and you may regain access to those features by resubscribing.

Changes to this Refund Policy

Riscas Fidalgas may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, platform rules, or legal requirements.

When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice within CashflowFrame.

Your continued use of CashflowFrame after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
